How to make time longer ?

Time passed so fast like a hurricane .

Ignoring those who are not aware of it .

I'm not goona tell you how to control the time literally but don't stop reading just yet . 

I can tell you how to make your days feels longer .

I can tell you how you can live longer . In other words , how to be conscious longer .

I have some tip for you .

1 - Minimize your dormant state type ( sleeping time )

Many people says that you need to sleep 8 hours per day .

Well , that's a sleeping time for an average person duh .

You can actually train yourself and be in a great shape just by sleeping 5 hours per day .

How much does the 3 hours make a difference in your life ?

Let's make a calculation 

Let's say a person age in average is 60 years .

So you can say that a person have around 21600 days to spend .

( Just estimating , I'm not including the leap year in my calculation )

21600 days = 518400 hours

So , we have 518400 hours to spend

Person A sleep in average 8 hours per day.

21600 days x 8 hours = 172800 hours of sleeping 

= 7200 days 

= 20 years 

= 60 years - 20 years 

= 40 years

So person A is conscious for 40 years and being in dormant state for 20 years .

We can basically say that Person A are alive 40 years out of his lifespan . 

Person B Slept 5 hours per day 

108000 hours of sleeping 

= 4500 days 

= 12.5 years

= 60 years - 12.5 years

= 47.5 years .

Can you differentiate those ?

I'm trying to keep this simple .  

By sleeping 5 hours per day .

 You will have around 7.5 years to do something you like , jobs etc .

Now that's a lot of time ?

Do you really want to waste it ?

2 - Do not delay

Yeah , you had probably heard about this before .

Delaying kills the time .

You know what's so funny ?

It's real ...

Point 3 will be associated with this one so I'm not gonna talk about this here .

3. Do something productive or something that is beneficial .

What is actually wasting  time ?

Wasting time is actually doing something that will not effect your life or others people .
Some can eventually bring negative effects to your life .
Something like loitering  , daydreaming and excessive sleep . 

Some people will do such to get out from their boredom . 

Some people also do such things when they are delaying a way more important task .

You know what ?

Try to do new things that are beneficial for you such as planting plant that will bear fruit .

Exercise for a healthy body  .

Reading books for more knowledge . 

or just simply explore the world .

If you are bored and catch yourself doing something worthless

Bear this question in your mind 

- Why am I doing this ?

 - Will this bring anything good to me ?

 - Shouldn't I do ''Insert something you should do'' to achieve '' Insert what you want to achieve ''

Believe me , You will feel a lot better after doing something really productive and beneficial rather than

playing video games that will do nothing to you or change your life .

The world outside is waiting to be explored and there you are !

Sitting on a chair while watching you laptop or pc's screen  while there are people out there who are enjoying nature and being with their friends .

Appreciate the nature .

Before they are gone .

Pollution are everywhere this day .
